Our stay at this hotel was truly amazing! The place is spotless and very well maintained, and the views of both the sunrise and sunset were simply breathtaking. The food was delicious and made the experience even more memorable. My only regret is that I booked for just one night — I wish I had stayed longer! I will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and unforgettable stay.

Breakfast service yang parah, saya pesan jus tanpa gula tapi diantar semua dgn gula. Katanya mau dibuatkan yg baru, ternyata sampai mau checkout tak kunjung datang jusnya. Saat mengantar makanan breakfast ke kamar tanpa diberi tutup, sehingga lalat dengan mudah hinggap di makanan. Kain sofa di ruang tamu sudah robek masih dipergunakan. Tangga menuju villa sangat banyak dan tinggi stepnya, agak susah untuk lansia. Jalanan menuju villa sangat kecil dan hanya muat 1 mobil kecil. Tidak bisa bersisipan

Отличное сочетание цена-качество. Приветливый персонал. Чистота, порядок, приватность. Вид на озеро, бассейн и возможность заказать еду вплоть до темноты. Любезно предложенный трансфер до горячих источников.  Единственный минус, это огромное количество мух утром, правда не думаю, что это особенность этого отеля.

Самый лучший отель за всё наше пребывание на Бали (из 6 локаций). Тишина, красивая территория. В отеле можно заказывать еду на месте. Недорого и вкусно! Внимательный персонал, особенная благодарность сотруднику Мади ❤️ Чистый номер, постель со свежим сухим бельем. Выспались сладко!)

The view on the lake is nice and the rooms are quite large. Breakfast is average. Not bad. The cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms are way below acceptable. The worst part was eating their chicken which caused me to skip sleep and spend the night on the toilet with diarrhea instead. When adressing this not so mild issue rhe next day. The guy at the reception offered his polite apologies. The IDR 40.000 for the chicken had to paid however. Rotten or not did not matter for that part. It did not even seem to enter his mind.

這個酒店比較偏僻，要是不會騎摩託車，建議還是不選擇，騎摩託車也要小心，路非常崎嶇，裡面的員工看起來比較和善，但是做錯事情引發你損失了，是無論如何不會承認的，還有一個缺點就是蒼蠅滿天飛，這個必須要心理強大才能忍受。

Everything from the welcome to the farewell was wonderful! The people who work at this hotel made our stay truly magical. They are responsive, kind, and always ready to help. I’m very glad we chose this hotel. We also climbed the volcano, and our guide from the hotel was simply amazing
